Dress Code
Visitors are encouraged to dress in business or smart casual attire to maintain a professional environment for networking, business meetings and industry engagement.
Admission Rules
TXA 2026 is a business-to-business trade event. All visitors are required to register and obtain a valid pass for entry.
- 1Registration is compulsory for all visitors.
- 2Admission is subject to approval and event policies.
- 3A valid registration confirmation or QR code must be presented for entry.
- 4Each pass is strictly for individual use and is non-transferable.
Registration Confirmation
Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique QR code. Please present the QR code, either on your mobile device or as a printed copy, at the registration counter for badge collection.

For the safety, comfort and security of all participants, the following items and activities are prohibited or subject to prior approval.
Important Notices
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who does not comply with the event rules.
Bag checks, security screening and other safety procedures may be conducted at the venue.
TXA 2026 is a trade event and is not intended for the general public. Entry for children below 16 years old is subject to the organiser's approval and applicable event policies.
